How Does Triad Rent To Own Work

In todays market the fastest way to sell your house is to offer as many options as possible to sell your house


Step #1 - 
Market your house to both traditional buyers and buyers that may need 12-36 months to qualify.

Step #2 -  Should we find a buyer who want to rent-to-own we will have them contact a mortgage broker to make sure they have appropriate credit and will be able to close in the appropriate time.

Step #3 -  Prepare the appropriate rent-to-own paperwork and set a closing time.

Traditional Method
  -The traditional method of selling a house is to just list your house on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and wait until another agent shows your house to a potential buyer that has a substantial down payment.


Triad Rent To Own Method
  -In addition to the traditional method we also offer your house to buyers that are qualified but may not have the large downpayment needed to buy a house in todays market.
